Are you licensed, insured, and bonded? +
Yes, all three. That means you're protected, and for rental owners and property managers, we can provide proof of insurance whenever you need it.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? +
We do. We arrive with everything needed to get the job done. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home, or keep certain supplies stocked at a rental, just let us know and we'll work with that.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? +
Not at all. Many of our clients give us access while they're at work or out of town. We're trusted with keys, codes, and lockboxes, and we treat your home with care while you're away.
How do you handle short-term rental turnovers? +
We clean between guests on your schedule, change and launder linens, restock the basics, and stage the space so it's ready for check-in. If we notice damage or anything that needs attention, we let you know right away.
How much does it cost? +
Every home and rental is a little different, so we give you a clear quote based on the size of the space, the type of clean, and how often you need us. Reach out with a few details and we'll get you a no-obligation price, usually within a day.
How do I pay, and what's your cancellation policy? +
